Congratulations to one of our Directors Paul Marshall Jnr on his graduation day!
After 4.5 years of long nights and weekends of independent study through online distance learning Paul graduated with a BSc (Honours) Degree in Real Estate Management.
It was a significant mile stone in his own professional development which now gives him the RICS accredited degree required to complete his APC and if all goes to plan will finish off the first half of 2019 as a RICS Chartered Building Surveyor.
Joining the military straight from school and becoming a Royal Marines Commando, Paul never imagined at 30 years old he would be taking a photo in a cap and gown. However, thanks to the government backed Enhanced Learning Credits (ELC) Scheme who provide funding and support to service personnel and veterans who wish to enhance their educational or vocational achievements and also the Royal Marines Association for offering guidance as part of his resettlement back into civilian life he has now successfully swapped the camouflage fatigues for a suit and high vis jacket.
