Before you move in
• we would have checked that the property is fit to live in
• ensured that you're provided with copies of up to date EPC's & gas safety certificates
• requested ID from you
• confirmed that your deposit will be held in a separate client account
• let existing utility providers know about the change of tenant
• protected your deposit with a suitable scheme (should we be managing your property)
During your tenancy
• we will arrange with you (in advance) for periodic inspections of the property
• respond to your requests for maintenance & repairs
• respond promptly to your queries
Before your tenancy ends
• we will carry out a check out inspection
• check whether any deductions are due from your deposit
• get your deposit returned to you as soon as possible
