We had a great experience and service from Tracey Rogerson-Wilson at Marshall Property Estate Agents when purchasing our first home. The property we bought, I only initially went to view to get design ideas as it was decorated beautifully but a little out of our budget. I explained this to Tracey who a few days later had explained our situation to the sellers and were willing to agree on a price we could afford. Tracey was helpful throughout the whole process. Acting as liaison between us and the sellers whenever we had any questions and helping to organise dates for the survey and other more in depth assessments of the property. Both Tracey and her colleagues at Marshall Property were friendly and never pressured us into using various in-house services like other estate agents I’d been in contact with, which I really appreciated. We are both very happy with the level of service we received from Tracey and if and when we decide to move in the future, we will be using Marshall Property as the estate agents.
