The Marshall Group are proud to have started their journey in becoming a Disability Confident Employer by gaining Level One status which involves:
Signing up to the Disability Confident commitments
Identifying at least one thing that we can do that will make a difference for disabled people.
Next step is achieving Level Two status and becoming a Disability Confident employer, ensuring we get the right people for our business and continue to develop through the scheme.
The Marshall Group recognise the talents disabled people and those with mental health conditions can bring to the workplace.
We will be doing our part as a group of local companies to reduce the disability employment gap by encouraging other local companies to retain or recruit disabled people and become Disability Confident.
