We are writing to inform you of the measures and precautions we are taking as a business in response to the current COVID - 19 situation.
All of our branches and offices are currently open for business. Our teams are taking additional precautions to safe-guard the health of all of our employees and our customers within our branches and whilst attending appointments.
The safety of our teams and our customers remains our number one priority. We have increased the frequency of our office cleaning schedules to meet government guidance.
We remain available for external property appointments and have increased our safe-guarding policy and precautions around these appointments. We may not always be able to accommodate an external property appointment under circumstances whereby the occupant maybe self-isolating. We thank you in advance for your patience whilst we undertake additional safety checks prior to confirming your appointment.
We are able to provide virtual and video viewings and we encourage our customers to take advantage of this service.
We will ensure that we can continue to provide our services to our customers. If it becomes necessary to do so, our teams are able to work remotely, whilst maintaining essential services to all of our Landlords, Tenants, Buyers and Vendors.
We are monitoring the situation regularly each day and should we be required to change our operational strategy we will communicate this to all of our customers.
