Business as usual!

Home moves not affected by the latest lockdown. We are open as usual.

The Government have confirmed that the property market will not be affected by the latest lockdown measures being introduced on the 5th November.

We would like to reassure all of our Customer's that we are still working to keep you moving.

Safety remains our main priority. Viewings and valuations can still take place and we will be conducting all appointments with increased safety precautions. We will be following social distancing guidelines. No more than 2 households will be permitted on any appointment, your Agent counts towards one of these. Hand sanitisers will be used prior to and after each appointment and face coverings will be worn at all times. Any customer attending an appointment will be required to follow these measures and respond to a risk assessment prior to the appointment taking place.

The Team at Marshall Property have been working under these new safety measures for some time now and we have adjusted our way of working to ensure we are able to conduct our business safely.

The news that the property market is to remain open will be welcomed by those who wish to take advantage of the stamp duty holiday which ends on the 31st March 2021. We encourage those considering moving to contact your local Marshall Property branch to discuss a virtual or physical valuation of your property, we are here to help keep you moving.
