On Thursday July 18th we celebrated the launch of Baltic View at Coffee and Fandisha in the Baltic Triangle. Guests were treated to prosecco and canapes whilst they mingled and listened to talks from our own Adam Sutton (sales negotiator) & Kyle Harvey (Senior project manager at Crossfield Group) with updates & information from the development.
Holding the event in an independent eatery close to the development showed the quirky atmosphere and potential buyers could really get a feel for the neighbourhood.
20% of the apartments are already sold & by the end of the year we expect to have sold out ahead of the Summer 2020 completion.
