I honestly cannot recommend Marshall’s enough. From the minute I contacted them to the sake completion they were fantastic, especially Holly and Phil. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they did what they said they would every time, there was no chasing involved. Phil made everything really clear, I understood everything that was happening and he even chased up the solicitors for me. He made it feel like I was his only customer, the level of service was amazing. Anyone looking to sell you can’t go wrong with Marshall’s.

Sean and his team at Marshall’s were simply brilliant. After a couple of disappointing experiences with local firms and one absolutely disastrous one, I’d become fairly sceptical. Marshall’s were recommended by a friend and provided to be completely different. Within a couple of days Sean had arranged five viewings and I’d received two offers within a fortnight. Sean was easy to get hold of, returned my calls when asked, worked very closely with all the parties involved and kept me up to date with what was happening.
